Our series through the book of Joshua has begun Joshua is a fast-moving Old Testament book about Israel's entrance into the land of Canaan under the guidance of a courageous leader. The historical account of their exploits is a portrait of the life God has called Christians to live today. This series in Joshua will encourage, strengthen, and instruct you with lessons on how to live the Christian life successfully in challenging times.
GriefShare, a special weekly help seminar and support group for people experiencing the loss of a loved one, will be held starting Saturday, January 11 - April 4 from 10:00 am to noon.
All who have experienced the death of a loved one are invited to attend this support group. A grief support recovery group is a place where other people know the depth and intensity of your pain. They know how difficult it is to deal with people who do not understand. You will gain insights into such questions as: "Is this normal?" "the challenges of grief", "grief and your relationships", "why?", and "guilt and anger".
For more information, reach out to Ken and Pati Baker at or call the church at 561-276-3937.
